PM Dahal bids farewell to Netherlands-bound Nepali cricket team


Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also known as Prachanda, is a Nepalese politician and the chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal. He has been Prime Minister of Nepal since 2016; previously he was Prime Minister from 2008 to 2009.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda on Friday has seen off Nepali Cricket Team members bound for ICC World Cricket League. Addressing the send-off programme, Prachanda thanked players for establishing Nepal in world cricket. Youth and Sports Minister Daljit Shreepaili said that cricket team’s victory in the competition will be Nepal’s victory. He also committed to spend his tenure in improvement and development of sports in Nepal.
