The Indian side has started the construction works of a dam near Tilathi, Saptari at the border between Nepal-India by transgressing the Dasgaja area. Tension gripped the area after the Indian side unilaterally initiated the construction that would put the Nepali territory at the risk of flooding. The Indian side started the construction after a dam was destroyed by flooding in Khado River despite the Nepali people’s protest and local administration’s request to not carry out the construction work. Indian citizens and technicians are busy in building the dam.
